Anything but heavy legs when going uphill. The best way to combat reluctance to tackle long climbs is to prepare yourself – at Move It Fitness. Our team will prepare you for the hiking season with selected exercises. So that your legs will carry you light as a feather to the summit on your next tour – and back down again.

Seniors fit and healthy
An intact cardiovascular system and a resilient body mean a better quality of life in old age. Move It offers a great training programme for greater confidence in your own body, mobility and endurance, coordination, strength and balance. Our intensive course consists of four progressive training phases that gently and evenly train the body over a period of 16 weeks. Training is carried out on easy-to-use strength machines using easy-to-understand training plans.
Including documentation and four hours of instruction, the course costs £450 without a membership or £120 with an existing membership.
My running training 2.0
Are you a complete beginner or have you already discovered your love of running? At Move It Fitness, we help you get started with simple tips and tricks – with a personal training plan to help you feel good when running. In addition to basic endurance, our HumanSport equipment will give you the strength and stability you need to get off to a successful start.

A strong back after just a few weeks
Step 1
During the first 2–3 weeks, we work on straightening the spine using simple basic exercises. This strengthens the back and stimulates muscle metabolism.
Step 2
Over the next 2–3 weeks, we will build up to more challenging exercises and incorporate core strength and balance into the training.
Step 3
Versatility, stability, strength and endurance: Over the next 4–6 weeks, increasingly complex movements are practised and natural movement patterns are imitated.
