YOGA AT THE SPORTZENTRUM GSTAAD
Two group fitness rooms offer you space for movement, tranquility, and views. Find yourself—in connection with yourself and new horizons. Practice in a group, grow together, and still have enough space for your retreat. Breathing (pranayama) plays a central role in Stephanie's yoga classes. Her classes are characterized by both mindful self-care and respectful interaction with others.

HIKING IN GSTAAD
Whether moorlands, gorges, or mountain peaks: you can experience the diversity of the region on over 300 kilometers of marked trails. Numerous routes lead past quiet valleys, through dense forests, or to cozy huts.

GUIDED HIKES
They vary between easy walks and longer tours (1.5, 4.5, and 6.5 hours including breaks). Always included: time to take a deep breath, whether at the summit or afterwards in the wellness area.

EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
The package price includes daily yoga, guided hikes, half board in the hotel's own restaurant THE BOAT, Gstaad Card (free public transport), admission to the indoor pool and wellness area, and visitor's tax.

WELLNESS AND RELAXATION
Finnish sauna, soft sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, sensory showers, and two relaxation rooms—silence for tranquility, communication for quiet conversation. Cool off in the cold water pool or in the Kneipp and foot warmth pools.
