Pilates CARE - The strength of the core takes centre stage.

The Pilates Care method is an efficient holistic body training programme based on Joseph Pilates' philosophy. The Pilates Care method specifically activates the deep core muscles (abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles) and intensively strengthens the spinal statics. Principles such as concentration, control, centring, precision, flow of movement and breathing make the exercise a true Pilates exercise. Emphasis is placed on keeping the spine stable and controlled during the exercises. The deep muscles are strengthened more effectively. The Pilates Care method supports and complements various types of therapy. On the one hand, emphasis is placed on ensuring that the movements are slower, more controlled, more precise and back-friendly, and on the other hand, on gently strengthening the deep core muscles.

Tense superficial muscles learn to relax through extremely precise execution, and forgotten deep muscles learn to work again. When these small muscles are reactivated, optimal cooperation is the order of the day.
- Strengthening the abdominal and back muscles
- Improves and promotes mobility
- Gently strengthens the core muscles
- Relief for the neck, nape and shoulder muscles
- Upright, relaxed posture—releases blockages in the pelvic area and spine
- Compensates for physical imbalances
- Prevents back problems
- Strengthens the pelvic floor muscles
- Improves coordination and body awareness—it' a form of posture training

- Pilates Care is suitable for anyone who wants to do something good for themselves, especially those with pelvic
floor problems.
- After pregnancy for recovery
- The class is also well suited as preparation for ‘normal’ Pilates classes, as the pace is very calm.

In summary Pilates Care classes are similar to ‘normal’ Pilates classes, but the pace is even calmer and slower. With a focus on pelvic floor training!

Pilates - The strength of the core takes centre stage.

Pilates is a holistic training method that strengthens your deep muscles and mobilises your spine and joints. The focus is on the abdominal and back muscles. Precise execution of the exercises, concentrated breathing and intensive work with the pelvic floor activate and strengthen the deep muscles. The flowing and controlled movements centre your strength. Pilates promotes flexibility and also gives you strength, stability and self-confidence. This holistic training improves your body awareness and promotes your well-being.

Reax Raft - find your balance and strengthen your core

Reax Raft is a motivating fitness workout set to music on a 2-metre-long board in the water. The focus is on holistic exercises to stabilise and strengthen the body. Combined with the balance required on the board, Reax Raft provides an excellent training effect! The unstable surface of the water increases the intensity of each exercise. Of course, the fun factor is not neglected in this class either. The intensity of the class is selected and adjusted so that the lessons are suitable for all age groups.

In Reax Raft Yoga, yoga exercises are not practised on a yoga mat as usual, but on a Reax Raft in the water. The motto is: let go, surrender to the element of water, be in the moment. Throw your previous experiences overboard and feel your limits.

What to bring: swimsuit or shorts and top (underwear not permitted), bath towel, something to drink. Non-swimmers can also take part in Reax Raft, as some boards are mounted in shallow water. Please inform the instructor on your first visit if you cannot swim. The same hygiene rules apply as for a normal visit to an indoor swimming pool. You must shower before entering the water.

Back on the programme from 8 January – every Saturday morning from 8 to 9 a.m., Reax Raft Yoga!

Regular practice of Hatha Yoga harmonises the nervous system, increases the flexibility of the entire body, especially the spine, and promotes blood circulation and strengthens the entire organism.
